The Thompson Lane Branch Library seeks an intern to assist with the smooth operation of the seed exchange program. Duties the coordination of packaging of the seeds, engaging in research projects to foster community partnerships and strengthen internal partnerships and contribute to improvements to efficiency.

Applicants should be college students with interest in seed libraries, gardening flowers, herbs and vegetables. Applicants preferred with major in library and information science or horticulture, botany or biology. Applicants should have ability to work independently, with accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of seed libraries including organizational tasks and building community partnership are preferred

Unpaid, flexible hours, 5-10 hours per week. (75-150)
