Sheet Pan Suppers

If your New Year’s resolution was to cook at home more often, this is the cookbook for you.

Most of the recipes involve just three simple steps: 
1.    Make a quick (5-minute) sauce.
2.    Toss some meat and vegetables in the sauce.
3.    Pour onto a baking sheet and roast in the oven.  

No extra side dishes needed, quicker than a crockpot, and so easy to clean up!  Some of the standouts were chicken and broccoli in a spicy peanut sauce, bok choy and shrimp in a honey orange sauce, and sausage, grapes and polenta with gorgonzola.  There’s also a feta and mango chutney appetizer and a scrumptious toffee made with rosemary crackers.  Not to mention the beautiful photos.
