Study Rooms (System-Wide)

Nashville Public Library (NPL) study rooms are available for general public use, free of charge during regular operating hours. Study rooms may be used by one or more people. Use must not exceed the maximum occupancy for the study room. 

Some locations allow advanced reservations (see below). Before making your reservation, please note the following:

  • Time is booked in 15 minute increments. 
  • Study room reservations are limited to one 2-hour session per day with a maximum of 2 reservations per week (limits apply to both individuals and groups).
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for the reservation, the room can be reserved by another individual or group.

Study room reservations are approved automatically. You do not need to wait for email confirmation.
