Can't Find the Email? Check your spam or junk folder to make sure the email wasn't accidentally delivered there. If you still don't see it, give us a call at (615) 862-5800.

Take a Brief Survey (Optional)

In compliance with Tennessee Code 4.21.901, the library must ask for the following demographic information (racial or ethnic category). These categories match those of the 2010 U.S. Census. This information is for statistical reporting. Survey data is anonymous and completely separate from your card application.
